New home from site selection, surveying, planning, architecture, permitting, development,
clearing, de-mucking, and ground up construction of new custom home.
Ground up construction included but was not limited to fill, pad, footers, setting stem, concrete
slab, block walls, form tie beams, steel, strapping, supply/set roof trusses, plywood sheathing,
roofing, under ground work such as plumbing, electrical, low voltage(security, phone, cable),
and landscaping.
Interior work such as in wall electric, plumbing, telephone, cabling, interior framing, air conditioning, windows, doors, drywall, finishing, finish products custom cabinets and millwork,
textures, panel box’s, trim plates, plumbing/electrical fixtures (whirlpool tubs, bath tubs sinks and faucets), air conditioners, intake and exhaust vents.
